About Me
hi i’m sophie (soph). i’m 21 from cheltenham. i have been working with children since the age of 14 and experience in different areas of it.
i currently can’t drive but im just waiting for my test, which is booked in for later this year.
My Experience
i have been a scout leader since i was 14, at that age my groups ranged from ages 6-8 or 8-10. since being 18 i have helped in all groups so beavers (6-8) and cubs (8-10) which are still my main groups, every wednesday. i help run explorers (14-18) when avaliable and also ran the scouts (10-14) for about a year.
i’ve also taken up babysitting for my cubs and beavers when needed.
i also have experience in a nursery, working amongst (6m-4y).
i have also been childminder. i did this for a year and a half, this involved school pick ups, club drop offs, helping with homework, have cooked dinner and making sure the child is still getting on with their routine.
My Qualifications
i have currently with hold no childcare qualifications but tones of experience
My Availability
i am unable to work wednesdays all day
My Fees
- Nannying from £13.50 per hour (gross)
- Babysitting from £12.50 per hour
