I am a full time profession mum looking for someone to help me with out of hours child care for my 2.5 year old daughter.

She goes to nursery full time 8-6. If I am working long day I need help between 6 (pick up from nursery) and 10 pm, and if I am working overnight I will need help between 8 pm and 8 am (drop at nursery).
