About Me
We are a family of 5, with 6 year old and 5 year old boys and a 32 month girl. We both work from home and are after some extra help Monday to Thursday, specifically, after school till 5pm and over the school holidays for full shortened days e.g. 10.30 to 4.30. (Hours can be negotiated)
Tasks are to manage all 3 children with hmw, activities, play, snacks, some meals, clubs and outings.
We are after an experienced, patient, kind nurturing and fun loving professional to provide support.
Someone who is structured and able to set clear boundaries and who can be organised and hands on with play will be appropriate. Elementary school teaching experience / qualifications would also be welcomed.
We live a 10 minute drive from Cheltenham, overlooking the park at Swindon village. I think most people will find this placement a joy - the kids have lovely personalities.
My Requirements
3-4 days a week M-Th.
Fine motor skill activities e.g arts and crafts, cooking, sewing, writing.
Outings or other physical activities e.g. park, play cricket, soft play, clubs, runs, swimming, etc.
Responsible for supervision, interaction and play, stimulation, providing refreshments and support in a structured routine manner.
Responsible for maintaining good levels of hygiene, nappy changes, teaching kids to engage in as well as doing light domestic chores e.g. clearing up after kids meals, toys, room tidy.

Sahindi is so patient, giving, proactive and caring. She was able to immediately bond with my 12month old - taking on all duties with minimal instruction and putting her to nap so much quicker than I have ever managed. And also quickly became favoured by my 3 and 5 year old who love playing with her after school.
It’s clear she loves children and is honest and trustworthy and also has an amazing singing voice 😄. As long as you are clear about what needs doing she will take on the responsibility and is very accommodating. I highly recommend her.
