Fantastic caring childminder - highly recommend!

Yeliz has been a childminder to my daughter, since January 2024 when she joined her at nearly 11 months old. During this time, she has shown her the type of care and attention that she would not have been able to receive in a nursery setting. My daughter settled in immediately with Yeliz and is always excited to see her after a weekend or a break for holiday. Yeliz is kind, caring and loving towards her. It feels like taking her to a family member to be looked after. Yeliz does a variety of activities with my daughter, and she knows how to bring out the best in her. For example, she loves singing and dancing, so Yeliz identified a local music class that she takes her to. She has a huge variety of toys and books for the children to play with, and she creates messy play, painting and drawing activities, cooking activities etc. For special occasions such as Halloween, she dressed up and created a party and activities for the children which was just fantastic. Yeliz has great energy and ideas which is just what the children need.

Yeliz is extremely reliable and she is always happy to be flexible. She goes out of her way to be supportive and helpful. Yeliz keeps me regularly informed with how my daughter is developing, what she has done that day, and sends pictures on a weekly basis. These are great as I get to see my daughter's week and feel very much a part of what she is doing when I am not there. She is always brilliant at giving suggestions for me to help deal with new developmental stages e.g., tantrums, and she also helps with organising government childcare support - obtaining codes/ understanding the system etc. I would highly recommend Yeliz as a fantastic and reliable childminder who has been such a key part of my daughter's early years development.
