Rhiannon was great with my baby and we agreed for her to come again. Sadly Rhiannon didn't show up and didn't notify me that she wouldn't be able to help out. When called she hung up and my message wouldn't go through. A simple message saying you can't help would suffice rather than ignoring a client. Shows a level of immaturity and you lose trust in that person caring for your child. I did have to cancel the day before Rhiannons first encounter with us and due to the short notice I paid her out of good will for the hours she was supposed to cover. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the same respect and professionalism back. On a positive note she does seem good with children.
