About Me
My name is Michelle and I stay Gorebridge with my fiancé and two boys. I offer a home from home experience to children while also providing great opportunities for them to grow and develop.
I do school drop off and pick up to Gore Glen Nursery and Primary only.
I have pre nursery children on a Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday. I am a funded provider of eligible 2, 3 and 4 year olds. Should you require further information please get touch
My Experience
This is my third year of childminding as well as being a mother for 7 years. I have completed various childcare courses which include a SVQ in social services (children and young people) SCQF LEVEL 7.
My Qualifications
I have many qualifications I have gained over the years including higher English and intermediate 2 Maths. In recent years I have completed various childcare courses that are essential for childminding for example,

Food hygiene
Child protection
Tears tantrums and me

My Availability
At the moment I have a Monday drop off and pick up for GORE GLEN PRIMARY only.

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
I charge at an hourly rate then at 15 minute intervals thereafter. Morning and afternoon school sessions are charged at a minimum of 1 hour per session.
Pre nursery are a minimum of 6.5 hours per day.

My child has been with chelle since day 1. I was apprehensive as never used a childminder before.
Chelle kept me updated & nothing was an issue which soon calmed my anxiety, especially when my child didn’t want to leave to come home as they were having to much fun.
My child loves going to chelle’s, she says she feels safe, listened to & has allot of fun with the different activities & outings Chelle organised. My child especially loves the garden/ arts & crafts and playing with the other children.
You can tell how much hard work Chelle & her family have put into start & maintain her business but as a parent it doesn’t feel like a business. It feels like a home from home.
The way Chelle & her mum treat my child is something i couldn’t ask for any better. I can not recommend enough.

My daughter started with Michelle 2 years ago, I was extremely anxious and it showed. Michelle was so kind, she would update me with photos and messages to reassure me. The kindness her entire family showed to my daughter was beautiful, they cared for her like she was their own and she always had a great time. Michelle spends so much time organising activities, trips and parties, there's always something happening for the kids. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help care for my daughter! Michelle is caring, passionate and a big kid at heart herself, it's no wonder the kids love her!

My son spent 2 years with chelle, and over this time formed a great bond with herself and the other children at the setting. My son learned many new skills here and really came out of his shell socially. Chelle provides great activities such as messy play, arts arts and crafts, home baking. Science experiments etc that are not only fun but are a great learning experience. We had no issues with this service during the 2 year period and we were always kept up to date and were in communication regularly throughout, so we felt at ease knowing our son was safe and happy.
