About Me
I am a caring, reliable and patient individual with a passion for helping children learn, grow and thrive. I have a background in Health & Social Care and am committed to helping every child feel valued, supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.
I enjoy singing and dancing, creative play and exploring outdoors with children, while working closely with parents to meet each child’s individual needs and follow their routines. My priority is to ensure children are safe, happy and cared for as if they were my own.
I am currently working towards becoming a registered childminder so I am completing lots of training including courses to provide the best possible care, and I will be carrying out a paediatrics first aid course soon. I'm also waiting for my DBS certificate in the mail.
I have 3 younger siblings myself ages 4, 7 and 9. The youngest I have been looking after while my mum worked since she was 2 weeks old!
My Experience
I have worked in a Montessori nursery in the baby room (3 months to 18 months) and also helped occasionally in the toddler room (19 months to 36 months). I also did work experience in a day nursery where I was in the preschool room (3/4 years).
