Registered Childminder Job In Llandogo
About Me
We have two wonderful children Josiah (7) and Cora (5). They’re well behaved (mostly), polite (usually) and objectively just better and more beautiful than other people’s children. Probably other parents think that about theirs but they’re just wrong.
My wife works full time and I work from home for however many hours I can fit round the kids. We have an incredibly supportive and helpful extended family but we want to stop leaning so heavily on them for childcare. We’d also like arrangements to be more regular, more of a routine and we think an after-school Nanny would be a great way to achieve this.
My Requirements
Firstly, we need someone who is Ofsted registered which is very rare but we would get assistance with the costs if and only if this is the case. If you're interested but not registered, it's relatively simple but takes time, paperwork and involves a first aid course.
We would like to find someone to pick them both up from school which is a roughly 12-15 minute drive from home.
We’d like someone to play with them, think of fun activities, help with what little homework/reading they are assigned and finally cook dinner and do a little light housework.
We would likely start with 2 afternoons a week (about 6 hours a week, which days is negotiable) but once established this may possibly increase.
