Hi, my name is ky. I’m a very social and loving person. I enjoy being active and providing days out with fun, enriching activities. I love watching children grow and develop , to be a part of it is extremely special and rewarding. I’m proud to say i’ve been working since the age of 13 and have had a variety of different jobs to grow my knowledge, skills and experiences. I’m currently studying a healthcare professions course at college on thursdays and fridays. I’m happy to work around college so please feel free to give me a message!
My Experience
I’ve had a few different jobs since I started working nearly 5 years ago. I think all are very relevant and tie into the job of babysitting or nannying. My direct work experience with children started with me ad hoc babysitting for a family( not occasionally) but they entrusted me with watching over their 2 amazing children. I’ve worked as an assistant coach at a sports camp, where I needed to use my creativity and encourage engagement from children ages 3/4-12 years old in the activties and sports we coached. I’ve had experience working a season at a holiday park running activties and sessions by myself with one other person with groups of up to 20 children! This required me to come up with fun sessions and ideas regardless of the weather. Since all of this i’ve been a care assistant at a care home, looking after residents who are unable to care for themselves. This isn’t with children but i feel that there are a lot of skills and experience in this job that i feel tie in greatly with looking after children such as: personal care , feeding + meal times, following a routine daily from morning to evening and even running/ coming up with ideas for twice daily activity sessions for the residents. I’ve just finished as a temp nanny for a lovely family at the end of october 2023. I’m currently helping another family with school pickups. Feel free to get in contact.

My Availability
I’ve selected the first schools that come up but I’m available to pick up and drop off in chichester and other surrounding areas. Due to college on thursdays and fridays , timings may be difficult for those specific days, however i’m free to work around my college hours.

Kyara stepped in to help us for a month at very short notice after I put my back out. I could not have asked for a better nanny! She was always very professional, polite, on time and courteous.
My two children (4&6) warmed to her instantly and they had some lovely days out. Ky is a very quick learner and adaptable. Even when the children had their challenging moments, she managed it beautifully. She took our two children to school everyday and picked them up too. She would be an asset to any family in need!
