About Me

My name is Sally, and I live in Bodicote with my husband and our friendly (and fun loving) Cockapoo. I am the registered childminder at Little Giggles & Wiggles Childminding, where I combine my professional background in both childcare and human resources to provide high-quality, personalised care for every child.

My passion is supporting working families by creating a calm, nurturing, home-from-home environment where children feel safe, valued and loved. Every day is filled with opportunities to explore, play, laugh and learn through meaningful experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence and independence. My aim is for every child to feel happy, secure and excited to come each day, while parents have complete peace of mind knowing their little one is thriving in a caring and supportive environment.

My Experience

My career began in childcare many years ago, where I gained my qualification before deciding to explore a different path. This led me into a rewarding career in Human Resources, where I spent around 15 years developing professionally. Starting as an HR Assistant, I worked my way up to the role of HR Manager, gaining valuable experience in communication, organisation and supporting people.

Although I thoroughly enjoyed my HR career, I never lost my passion for working with children. At the end of 2022, I decided it was time to return to a career that truly brought me joy and made a difference every day. In 2023, I took the leap and began my childminding journey, completing my Level 3 qualification alongside all of the training and requirements needed to become a registered childminder.

Opening Little Giggles & Wiggles Childminding has allowed me to combine my professional experience with my passion for nurturing young children. I feel incredibly fortunate to spend my days helping little ones grow in confidence, learn through play and create happy childhood memories in a safe, caring and home-from-home environment.

My Qualifications

- NVQ Level 2: Early Years Care & Education.
- Level 3: Preparing to Work in Home Based Childcare.

My Fees

My fees are set between the hours of 07:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 07:00 - 16:00 on a Friday.
