Ryan babysat for my 5 yrs old for a week.
I can't recommend him enough, he is trustworthy,punctual and my child was happy to have him around.
I will definitely call him again.

Unreliable.

We planned to send my child for two days, later in the evening she sent me her bank details I kindly asked her If I could see her ofsted before to send any money, she asked me to pay first and then she will provide me with the information, I asked her again if I can check her ofsted in some way and she stopped replying and left me without any childcare.

Hi Natascia I'm so sorry you felt this way. The conversation was going well from our brief conversation from what I could see. I asked for the amount of hours you needed to estimate the invoice, but didn't ask for the money. I normally give my ofsted number at a later stage as I told you in the messages due to our conversation was slightly too early. Also when we spoke on the call I told you that ofsted number would be writtern on the invoice if we met. The last message what 9 hours ago, my screen had broke so I didn't respond to your last message on time.
