About Me
Hi, I am Michaela - I am 29 years of age and a Mum to a 6 year old Boy. I work in a Nursery 10 minutes from my Village where I have worked for a year now. I enjoy going on long walks or jogging as exercise which my son often loves to join me on his bike or scooter. My hobbies include reading a book and doing my course work for my Level 3 qualification which I am hoping to finish early next year. I enjoy swimming and my weekends normally consist of my sons swimming lessons or taking him to a skate park (his favourite request) :) I own a full driving license & I have my own car.
My Experience
I have been working with children for a Year and a half now. I worked in a Montessori Nursery for 4 months and then I transitioned to my Managers 2nd Nursery as a term time only Early Years Practitioner. I am Montessori, Makaton & First Aid trained. I have experience of working with children with Autism & who are non verbal. I have experience of working with children from the age of 2-4, I worked in a preschool room for 4 months and I have worked in a toddler room for a year which is ages 2-3 years old.
My Qualifications
Currently studying my Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Qualification which I am hoping to finish early/ mid 2024.
