I am a highly experienced, confident, reliable and multilingual child carer, dedicated to creating a stimulating and safe atmosphere for each child's individual needs. During my thirty years’ experience, I have developed strong skills in supporting children and households of various sizes and age ranges (0-18). I am genuinely passionate about providing the best child care, play experiences and support for your family, which is underpinned by my qualifications gained in the child care industry. I have an excellent record of working successfully with families in different settings over significant periods of time. I take pride in being able to handle difficult situations sympathetically but with professionalism. I regularly undertake training to ensure I am able to offer the very best service to the families and children I care for.
In my spare time, alongside spending time with my family, I enjoy being creative participating in craft fairs and volunteering for my local community.
My Experience
Since moving with my family from Germany to the UK in 2005, I have worked as a full time Nanny/Housekeeper for three families with children aged 2.5 years to 18 years old. My current position is coming to an end after 4 years as the 3 children are now old enough to require less supervision. In my last two positions I have worked with children with severe allergies ensure they are kept safe and well fed - I am an excellent cook who understands the importance of children having a healthy diet but equally enjoying what they eat. I also have significant experience of working with children with varying degrees of Special Needs. Previously I worked in the UK as a Nursery Practitioner and Teaching Assistant and before that I was a Nanny/Housekeeper for families in Germany. As well as raising my own three children (my youngest is starting in Year 10 at Grammar School) I have supported multiple families with their childcare and am proud to have maintained strong relationships them.

I am seeking a PAYE position with a monthly salary. I am very happy to offer to use my car to transport your children for an agreed milage compensation.
