About Me
Hello! I am a babysitter with extensive experience as a childcare professional. I have looked after kids of all different ages and nationalities, and I have recently moved back to Oxford. I work in a local school, I know the area well, and I have a full UK driving license (and my own car!). I am an extremely positive, energetic and cheerful person, I love to read and bake, and am always happy to cook for the kids or the whole family. I have mixed availability and I’m looking for regular ad hoc work. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions!
My Experience
I have worked in schools and with children for the last six years, filling a number of different roles.
I worked as a part-time nanny in Oxford, looking after three children aged ten, eight, and three. I had sole charge of the kids, and provided meals, entertainment and bedtime/bathtime duties.
During my time as a chalet host, I did a lot of babysitting for the families that were staying, and I really enjoyed working with younger kids. The ages of the kids I looked after ranged from 1-10, and I was able to come up with fun and exciting activities for them - and me - to enjoy!
I have worked two summers at international language schools, most recently as the course director, and looking after children from the ages of 12-16.
I have worked in primary and prep schools, in a number of various roles, (boarding assistant, receptionist, nursery support and more) I have an up to date DBS, I am a qualified ESL teacher, and I am Level 1 First Aid trained. I also have level 2 safeguarding training.
My Qualifications
I have a bachelors and a masters degree in English Literature, I’m first aid trained, DBS checked, and safeguarding trained.
My Availability
I am currently very flexible with my schedule.

Juno has been providing English lessons to our daughters, aged 6 and 8. She engages effectively with the children during lessons and communicates well with parents about their progress. Overall, I believe she's a good tutor.
