About Me
I’m a 29 year old recently graduated dentist from London. I have put my dentistry career on hold because after years of studying and high pressure exams, I want to do something which I have always enjoyed and that is taking care of / working with children of all ages and abilities.
My Experience
Being the eldest daughter of a large family (5 younger siblings) I have practically looked after and babysat my whole life for my own family, relatives and family friends. I have so much experience and insight into what a child needs and have a lot of patience as I have had to my whole life raising younger siblings.
I know how to entertain children whether that’s singing songs, dancing, reading, cooking and whatever it is that they enjoy. You can be assured that your child will never run out of things to do with me even if there are a lack of toys / entertainment.
Currently I am working in a nursery but not full time. I have experience in working with special needs children as I have previously worked as a school run both mornings and afternoons for a special needs school.
My Qualifications
I am a dentist who has just graduated this past summer. I however, do not want to begin training as a dentist for at least a year. During this time I want to go back to what is another passion of mine and that is caring for children.
