My Experience

I have previously worked for the YMCA as a disability play worker where I assisted in the delivery of high quality exciting activities for children and young people who have a range of additional needs and disabilities.Ialso have worked for an organisation called KIDS where I was a support worker . I worked directly with children and young people with special needs supporting them normally on a 1-1 basis. I currently work for mencap and I am also bank SEN support at a pre-school in Sutton, supporting children with behavioural and special educational needs aged 2 to 4 years old. I am now undertaking my masters in occupational therapy where I have 1 year remaining

My Qualifications

I am trained in administering emergency medication for epilepsy
I hold a Emergency paediatric first aid level 3 (VTQ) certificate
I am level 1 BSl trained
I have basic makaton Knowledge
I hold a level 1&2 in safeguarding everyone
I also have training surrounding diabetes trained by a diabetes nurse educator
