I have three children with the current ages of 4,3 and nearly 8 months old.
My Requirements
I am going back to work so require a childminder/nanny to help with various hours. My mother in law is also helping with childcare so it would be shared. I will be working shift patterns of 8-3 or 3pm-10pm. My partner works 9-5 so the hours needed may change week by week and could only be for a few hours until he is home. I am looking for someone who has good understanding of SEN due to my daughter having a language disorder meaning she can struggle to talk.
