My Requirements

Hi, I’m looking for a kind, reliable and calm nanny/childcare provider to help care for my 3-year-old son, Cole who is fully potty trained both during the day and at night.

Cole attends nursery Monday to Friday, 9am–3pm. I co-parent using a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, so the days I need support can vary slightly week to week, but they will always be agreed in advance.

The role would mainly involve support on the days Cole is with me, including nursery drop-offs, nursery collections and after-nursery care.

Typical support needed:

* Morning support/drop-off: around 7am-9am
* Afternoon nursery collection: 3pm–6pm
* Occasional longer days during nursery holidays or inset days
* Occasional weekend/holiday support by agreement

I’m looking for someone who is:

* Warm, patient and confident with preschool-aged children
* Reliable and punctual
* DBS checked
* Able to provide references
* Ideally paediatric first aid trained
* Comfortable with nursery runs
* Calm, consistent and good at communication
* Happy to work around a clear rota agreed in advance

Duties would include:

* Nursery drop-off and/or collection
(nursery is 30 second walk, just next door)
* Preparing simple meals/snacks for Cole
* Play, reading, outdoor time and age-appropriate activities
* Getting him ready in the morning and evening
* Tidying up after childcare activities/meals

I’m looking for someone who is happy to have a clear written arrangement in place, including agreed hours, rates, payment dates and any additional hours confirmed in advance.
Rate to be discussed depending on experience, qualifications and the agreed hours.
