Hi I’m Hanna, mum to a very energetic 3.5 year old boy, have lived in Cardiff for 8 years now and am now looking for a childminder as a frequent addition to my son’s care. I am self employed and work rather varied days so flexibility is key, working mon to fri most weeks usually 9 till 4.30 but sometimes until 6pm
My Requirements
I would like my son to be able to be active either outdoors or at soft play so those kinds of activities would be great.
While we currently live centre of Cardiff but will be relocating house around Pontypridd sort of area in the spring/summer so hope to find childcare provider who is ok with the distance, I do have a car though so dropping off and picking up will be done by myself.
I mostly would need him cared for 4 to 8 hours a day mostly on Fridays however some weeks and school holidays I would need 2 to 5 days a week of care. Eg. mon to friday 9.30 till 2.30 or 9.30 till 5.30. As my hours are flexible it’s ok if the latest available care is till 5pm etc as I can work around it.
My little one loves diggers, race cars, Lego building (and deconstruction), lots of cuddles and outside play especially anywhere with trees. He’s a bit of a fussy eater but he loves chicken, crackers with soft cheese and bread roll ups with peanut butter, bananas and he will sometimes eat broccoli (little trees) if he is prompted by dinosaur play (he will pretend he is a dino chomping trees).
