pleasant on first day but cancelled on second

Aithne attended our home and was pleasant on the first day, unfortunately she had to cancel on the second day, we only found when she didn’t arrive and we had plans to go out, which we subsequently had to cancel. Pleasant child care

I find this unfair as I messaged 2 hours beforehand and had a family emergency, which I messaged explaining this and tried to get cover for you through my connections.

Cancelled on the day childcare was required

Sounded pleasant, made childcare booking and confirmed this by text message. Unfortunately the sitter cancelled on the day the childcare was required, we saw this 1 hour before she was due to start in the morning, couldn’t comment on childcare as didn’t show.

Cancelled

After booking, Jess cancelled at short notice, leaving us to cancel our plans, can’t comment on child care but unreliable. Poor communication
