Hello,
I'm 38 and from the Glasgow area. I've been working with all the major Nanny/Governess agencies worldwide for high profile families for the past 15 years and I'm now looking for something a little closer to home. I'm also excited to be part of a down to earth family and grow with a family.
I have a degree in Fashion Marketing, I'm a PADI Scuba Diving Instructor and I speak German as a second language, which I learnt as an adult. (I'm also happy to teach this)
I've worked with babies aged 4 weeks old and every age in between, up to teenagers. I have worked mainly abroad and taught children English through play. I enjoy playing indoors and outdoors, creating a fun, loving and caring learning environment with lots of singing and dancing, building and crafting. I'm used to getting stuck in straight away and helping out where needed, happy to create or follow a schedule and to be super flexible.
I genuinely love my job and wouldn't want to do anything else.

I enlisted Lisa for a weekend for some reinforcements to care for my 2.5 year old toddler and 10 week old baby. She was very prompt with responses and also very punctual. She picked up the children’s patterns and rhythm quickly and got stuck in. Very flexible moving between baby and toddler. Highly recommend and will definitely get her help again in the near future!

Lisa has been wonderful at looking after our 15 month old daughter over the last few months. She is friendly, fun, open, caring and passionate about her job.
She is really active with our daughter and always makes the effort to get out and about to classes and parks, interacting and socialising with other babies and parents - our daughter has a lot of friends in the area we just moved all thanks to Lisa!
She is very organised and has helped create a regular routine for us and our daughter on the days she is with us, which helps a lot.

We’ve known Lisa for almost six months now and have been really happy with the care she provides. She’s warm, reliable and very engaging with our daughter. She spends quality time playing, reading and interacting with her, and it’s clear she genuinely enjoys what she does. Our daughter settled in quickly to their little routines going out to different in the local area, and she's always in such a good mood after their time together :)
Lisa has excellent communication too - updating us with msgs/videos/pics when with our daughter and also coordinating our bookings. We've really appreciated her flexibilty too - including squeezing some care for our daughter in at last min when our other arrangement fell through. Lisa is really easy to work with and we're so grateful we found her as we’ve all built a great relationship and trust over this time. We’d happily recommend her to other families looking for a caring and dependable nanny - it gives us real peace of mind knowing our daughter is with someone who is attentive and thoughtful.
