Hello,
I'm 37 and from the Glasgow area. I've been working with all the major Nanny/Governess agencies worldwide for high profile families for the past 14+ years and I'm now looking for something a little closer to home. I'm also excited to be part of a down to earth family and grow with a family.
I have a degree in Fashion Marketing, I'm a PADI Scuba Diving Instructor and I speak German as a second language, which I learnt as an adult. (I'm also happy to teach this)
I've worked with babies aged 4 weeks old and every age in between, up to teenagers. I have worked mainly abroad and taught children English through play. I enjoy playing indoors and outdoors, creating a fun, loving and caring learning environment with lots of singing and dancing, building and crafting. I'm used to getting stuck in straight away and helping out where needed, happy to create or follow a schedule and to be super flexible.
I genuinely love my job and wouldn't want to do anything else.

We had Lisa to look after our 10 years old boy and 8 yo girl. She let them feel immediately comfortable with her and she played all the time with our daughter ( the boy is more on is own things). Lisa has also done school pick-up for us.
Lisa is punctual, thoughtful, safety-conscious, and genuinely loves what she does; you can just tell. We’ve already booked her again and can’t recommend her highly enough. If you’re looking for a babysitter who will treat your kids like her own and give you total peace of mind, Lisa is your person! Thank you, Lisa!

We had Lisa for some ad-hoc babysitting and she was efficient, professional and warm with our son. He took to her straight away and we felt at ease leaving home for the evening. It's clear that she is very experienced with children. Would highly recommend Lisa to other parents.

Lisa was brilliant, and our toddler clearly took to her very quickly. We had originally arranged some babysitting for December, then needed an extra full day of childcare at short notice (the week before). I got in touch and she was able to confirm her availability very quickly, and was happy to chat on the phone to clarify a few questions. She was very understanding and reassuring when I explained that this was the first time that he’d been looked after by someone outside family or nursery, and that I was a bit anxious about it.
Despite not having met our son before, he took to her very quickly and had a really lovely day with her. It was so nice to receive some photo updates while we were out. All of her communication was professional, kind and helpful, and I would not hesitate to recommend her. Thanks again!
