About Me
I have lots of experience working with children ages 4 months - 16 years across a variety of settings. I currently work in an SEN school, as well as teaching singing, and I also have experience with babysitting, holiday camps, and children’s parties.
I genuinely love working with children and always aim to make the time we spend together fun, and enjoyable. I’m friendly, creative, and enthusiastic, and I really enjoy creating positive experiences where children can feel comfortable.
My Experience
My first job was at my local theatre group in 2019-2021 assisting the children with drama singing and dancing. I also became a student teacher at my singing school in 2019 until early 2024 when my teacher asked me to become an assistant teacher. I have also worked at Lazer Lions as a camp manager and have run many children’s parties.
I currently work in an SEND school as a LSA.
In Summer 2024 I worked at a summer camp for people with disabilities and special needs and learnt how to carry out personal care, lift people out of wheelchairs safely and provide them with opportunities they don’t usually have.
I am currently working at a specialist secondary school as a learning support assistant so have got a lot of experience with children with all ages between 4 months and 16 years!
