About Me
I am an NNEB qualified Nanny, who currently cares for a young man one day a week who has Downs Syndrome. I have been caring for him since he was 8 months old, and he is now sixteen!
I sadly lost my husband last year, and up until January this year, we ran a pub together.
Obviously life has been very tricky for me, and I currently work part-time in a bar, but am looking to get back into childcare part-time
My Experience
I qualified in 1988, so have been nannying for many years. Most of my families have been long term placements ( I am still in touch with them!), and they include newborns, twins and children with special needs.
My Qualifications
I attended Tiffin Girls School, and achieved 10 O levels. I then went on to study the NNEB at Kingston College of Further Education.
My Availability
I am looking for part time placements, a couple of days a week, or most mornings, however I am not available on Thursdays.
