About Me
Adopt a Nanny! I have been employed as a nanny to twins for the last 2 years and have absolutely loved it!! They have now started school and so I am now looking for another family to adopt me.
I live in Newent with my husband and Golden retriever and have 2 sons aged 21 and 23. I am happy to travel within a 10 mile radius and can work any day, sleep overs and some weekends if needed.
I genuinely love children, its a magical time and I love to be part of the adventure of learning, growing confidence, and experiencing the world about us. I love to to think of creative and amazing ways to nurture, inspire, teach and to build a bank of happy experiences and memories.
My Experience
Over 20 years working with children, in my own Early Years setting, running Forest School and leading the Early Years within a school.
More recently I have thoroughly enjoyed being nanny for an amazing family and am hoping to find another family to be part of. I mostly took day to day care of the children, but also helped with house keeping duties and preparing meals. I did occasional sleepovers was flexible to stay late/start early if needed and baby sitting when needed. I looked after the family dog when they were on holiday.
I am a graduate Early Years Teacher, paediatric first aid trained, Ofsted registered and fully insured.
