About Me

I offer flexible and personalised postnatal doula support; emotional and practical support for the whole family, during the early days, weeks, and months of parenthood. Including overnight care and specialised support for premature and NICU babies. I also offer private and group Mindful Natal® antenatal, hypnobirthing and postnatal courses.

My Experience

I am a mum of two gorgeous girls (7&9) and have been working as a postnatal and night doula for the last four years. I have a certificate in paediatric first aid, am DBS checked and fully insured.
