LITTLE MINDS CHILDCARE

Hi, my name is Maria, and I’m a newly registered Ofsted childminder in the Enfield area, North London. I have over 26 years of experience working and managing nurseries.

Little Minds Childcare offers a caring home from home environment, that’s warm, nurturing, friendly, safe and secure for the children.

Our home is a spacious, safe and secure where your child will have full access to the living room, outhouse (playroom) and garden with a pergola shelter, with access to the kitchen when helping with cooking and baking, and provide stimulating indoor and outdoor activities. Our home is well organised with many resources which are easily accessible to children.

We plan activities around children’s interests, using observations extend children's learning and development in all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (2021).
Every child is respected and valued right from the start at our setting. Working in partnership with parents to gather as much information about their child and family. This helps us get to know the children’s likes, dislikes, home life, culture and values.

Child led and free play is encouraged, we will have themes and activities throughout the year which the children will be encouraged to participate in but it is not essential.

Use of the great outdoors is encouraged and I aim to get out and about daily and in all weathers.

My aim is to promote good health and for each child to feel safe, secure and happy whilst having fun in my care.

I’m situated in Enfield, parallel to Lincoln Road and Southbury Road, and 5 minutes away from Enfield Town Station and Bush Hill Park Station.

Also, close to George Spicer and Bush Hill Park Primary Schools.
