About Me
Hello, I'm Emma-Jane! I have been a Primary school teacher in Edinburgh for 9 years, working with children from nursery right through to the transition on to high school- and I loved it! In November 2021 I had my wee girl, Margo. After a year and a half of enjoying baby life in Edinburgh, we decided to make the move to Dunfermline in April. Leaving my job was hard but I was spurred on by a passion to start my own business. At Brambling Bairns, I aim to provide the quality service that we parents want and that our children deserve - A space that is safe and welcoming, and a service provider that is fun, caring, passionate and understanding. I look to draw on my experience as a primary school teacher AND as a mother, providing care that meets the needs of all children, helping them to grow, discover and learn!

My Availability
Brambling Bairns operates Monday-Friday, offering care between 8am-5.30pm. Earlier drop offs and later pick ups can be arranged on a case by case basis. I can also offer ad-hoc babysitting.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
My fees are calculated depending on the type of care you require.
