Person was interviewed and agreed to work a month before the needed dates for long term only to cancel the previous night. Unacceptable attitude and untrustworthy
Overall
Used for 2 hours with my son, can't interact much or calm him down. He had a poo stain in his underwear after he went to toilet . Would not use again.

We had requested to meet and get to know more and see if our son settles well with her. She said she would meet us but didn't show up to the appointment, did not receive or answer calls and texts.
