My Requirements
I’ve just started work again after 11 months off on maternity leave. I have a nearly 4 year old girl, a 2 year old boy and an 11 month old boy. My husband and I both have hybrid roles so one of us will be working at home each day whilst the other commutes mostly to London (apart from when out running errands and nursery drop-offs and things). My daughter attends nursery and my 2 year old son has just joined her there too. The role is predominantly to look after my 11 month old son at home whilst we work and then to look after the older 2 as well after pickup from 4pm with support on dinner / bathtime / bedtime. I would also be looking for support with all 3 during the school holidays. 1-7pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
