About Us

At Future Shapers, we believe every child has the potential to achieve greatness — and we’re here to help them discover it. We are a family–run, nurturing early years setting dedicated to providing high-quality preschool education and care for children aged 9 months – 5 years during, Open term-time only.
Our mission is to create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically, children really enjoy attending our provision and they settle in quickly. Through play-based learning, core books curriculum, outdoor adventures, positive relationships, and personalised support, we empower children to develop confidence, curiosity, independence and a real love for learning, we also ensure that children's likes and interests are taken into account when we plan our activities. Due to our highly qualified, experienced and nurturing staff, children settle in quickly here. We work in partnership with families, schools and the local community to ensure children are well-prepared for their next steps in education — and for a bright future ahead.

We also offer Before and After school care for children up to the age of 11. We want children to be children and have lots time to play, do cooking activities, arts & crafts, sports and co-operative games. We run a weekly outdoor adventure session at Whitworth Park and Art Gallery.
