My Requirements

We are looking for a reliable, caring and experienced nanny to support us with childcare and to become a trusted part of our family’s routine. Ideally we would love to find someone who enjoys building a long-term relationship with a family and taking an active role in a child’s early development.

Our family will also be growing later this year as we are expecting another baby. During the newborn period we will have additional support in place and both parents off work, allowing the nanny to continue focusing primarily on our eldest while we settle into life as a family of four. As routines become established, the role would naturally evolve to include caring for both children.

We both run our own businesses and work largely from home, so we are around and involved in family life while also needing consistent childcare support during the week.

The role would be around 4–5 days per week and we would be happy to offer this as a full-time employed position, although some flexibility can be discussed for the right person.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their role as a nanny and enjoys becoming a valued and trusted part of a family’s life.
