My Requirements

Part-time nanny (N19) - Immediate start
Term time: Mon-Thurs 14:30 - 18:30; Fri 12:00 - 18:30
School holidays: Mon-Fri 10:30 - 18:30
Occasional evening babysitting on mutual agreement

We are a warm and friendly family based in N19 (Highgate/Archway area), looking for a caring, energetic and experienced part-time nanny for our nearly 3yo son.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Picking our son up from nursery (a short walk or bus ride away).
- Engaging him in age-appropriate activities including park visits, arts and crafts, reading, imaginative play, garden time, local playgroups, library trips etc.
- Organising occasional playdates.
- Preparing and feeding him dinner.
- Helping with bathtime and winding down until we return from work.

Our son is a kind, loving and energetic little boy who thrives with gentle guidance, structure, and lots of playful interaction. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with young children and is committed to forming a warm and trusting bond with him.

What we're looking for:
- Previous childcare experience with toddlers or pre-schoolers
- A loving, reliable and nurturing approach
- Lots of energy and a positive can-do attitude
- Confidence in sole charge
- Fluent spoken English
- Ability to support a structured but playful daily routine
- Willingness to prepare simple, nutritious meals for the child
- Pediatric first aid
- Up-to-date enhanced DBS
- Excellent contactable references
