Pre-Nursery Help Needed 3 Days A Week, And Sometimes Post Nursery

My husband and I are professionals who live in East Oxford with our two sons, 11 months and 3 years old.
My Requirements
We are looking for someone to help get our sons ready for nursery on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Potentially also to drop them off at nursery in the mornings on those days and pick them up at the end of the day (at 6pm), bring them home, and look after them until we finish work. The job would start properly in May.
We may also need the occasional full day either on those days or other days if for some reason the kids can't go to nursery, and sometimes evening babysitting.
If you are a native Swedish or Japanese speaker that would be a big plus, but absolutely not essential. We are looking for someone reliable, calm and with a good sense of fun.
