About Me
I am a 2nd year medical student at Newcastle University. I am currently very interested in paediatrics in particular, and think babysitting goes hand in hand with this. I also have a younger sister and took care of her a lot when my parents were at work or had gone out.
My Experience
First Aid Trained - by North East Ambulance Service (the medical school makes us redo this each year so that we stay on top of this skill)
Have a younger sister I've taken care of before
Have mentored students in the years below me in college - although this isn't the same, it puts me in good stead with communicating with others I've never met and adjusting to their needs
I also volunteered as a student ambassador throughout my 2nd year of college where I came in on evenings of weekends in order to help direct new students and answer any questions they had, whether subject related or college related.
