My Requirements

So me and my partner both work at Stansted Airport and do unsociable hours but aren't always on the same shifts as I work security and he works for ryanair. It's fairly easy for me to get my shifts changed if i need to cover childcare however some days there could be cross overs where I'm doing a 4am-2pm and my partner is doing 12-10pm so could use the cover in the middle of the day. Some days maybe need a whole day covered if we're on the same shifts. I want mason to be able to socialise with other kids so he's not so in the dark with kids growing up so if you have other kids then that's perfect! We just want Mason to be happy and be able to get out and do things aswell as learning indoors and doing some fun cooking etc...
We get our rotas years in advance so know what we're working so it won't be a case of last minute but if we can get the shift swapped then we will but if we can't then it would very helpful to have your help! Could really use a flexible childminder please ?
