I was a Nanny few years ago and now I am looking at getting back into it.
My Experience
An experienced Special Needs HLTA(Higher Level teaching assistant). I have been working with a variety of children with various special needs for 10+years worked in primary, secondary and all age special provisions as well as supporting children with send in mainstream schools,I have a good understanding of managing a phase transfer for children going from one school to another as I am currently working with children that are at the age to be transferred to secondary school. I have dealt with children with ADHD,PMLD,Autism and learning difficulties I have also dealt with children that are deaf as I am level 2 trained BSL. I have seen many types of EHCPlans as every plan is different for each child also had my input on a EHCPlan. I have had experience in reviewing many EHC plans with my teacher I currently work with at the moment.
