I am an ICU nurse and I would need a childminder please on an ad hoc basis if possible as my shifts at the hospital are not fixed unfortunately. She does go to nursery so it would be drop off in the morning and then pick up at 5pm and looking after until I get back from work at 8.30pm. I know it's a lot to ask but hoping there'll be someone who could help. It would be 2 days a week but as above, my shifts change every week. Thank you very much.
