My Experience

I have hands on experience nurturing and educating children aged 6 months to 5 years in a nursery setting, where I created a safe, stimulating environment tailored to each child’s developmental stage. I regularly planned engaging, age-appropriate activities, monitored key developmental milestones, and provided detailed monthly reports to keep parents informed. I worked closely with colleagues to foster a positive learning atmosphere that supported children’s emotional intelligence and social skills. My knowledge of childcare policies and best practices is always kept up to date through ongoing training. Alongside this, I’ve also worked as a primary school dance teacher, delivering fun, energetic sessions to children of all ages and encouraging creativity, movement, and confidence.

My rate is £15 per hour, which reflects my experience working in nursery settings with children aged 6 months to 5 years, as well as my background in teaching dance to primary school children. I’m DBS checked, confident with a range of ages, and happy to support with routines, cooking, and light household tasks to help things run smoothly.
