A little bit about me: I adore being outdoors, walking, surfing and running. I love being creative, I knit, paint and draw and do film photography. My friends would describe me as friendly and mellow.
My Experience
I have a range experience working with children and young people (ages 3-15) including babysitting, working as a live-in au pair in Germany for 10 months and currently working in a forest school as an arts and crafts practitioner. In the context of childcare my responsibilities have included school drop off and collection, cooking dinner, bedtime and weekend care. My current role in education involves planning art projects and carrying them out with young people in a nurturing and holistic environment. Through these experiences I have built strong relationships and rapports with the children I’ve been lucky enough to care for and work with. I love working with young people and seeing them light up when they become engaged in a fun project! I have safeguarding training for educational settings and an enhanced DBS.
My Qualifications
I have NSPCC safeguarding training and an enhanced DBS. Recent academic qualifications include a 1st class BA with deans commendation in Geography and an Art Foundation. I will be doing forest specific first aid later on in the academic year.
My Availability
I’m available on an ongoing basis in the evenings and the occasional weekday if arranged in advance. I’m free all day and evening from the 8th-17th December and again from the 1st-6th of January. During school holidays I have increased availability.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
My rate is £12/hour, and a cancellation fee of 50% if cancelled within 24 hours of work.
