About Me
Heyyy! I am an exhausted 38-year old single Mum with two gorgeous pre-verbal boys with autism. They are very funny, noisy and keep me on my toes :D We have been given some hours from the council for a Personal Assistant for Toby, my eldest who is 6 and we are expecting to be given more hours shortly. Charlie is 3 years old.
My Requirements
I am not looking for someone who is strict or shouts. We have a very chilled household where my boys are allowed to absolutely be themselves - unless they are about to hurt themselves or someone else! We value warmth, kindness and patience (and a sense of humour!). We do need someone who isn't going to be overwhelmed by sensory-seeking behaviours (shouting, crashing, banging) and both boys are still in nappies.
