Part Time Nanny

I am a single full time working mom, I am looking for a "wrap-around" nanny of sorts, due to working shifts and having a 7 week roster, I am looking for someone who have availability to work around my shifts and schedule, being able to get my Daughter ready for and take to School if I am on an early shift, or pick her up and put her to bed on days I am on a late shift.

I appreciate this may not work for some, however sometimes shift work can allow for certain freedoms. I do have the odd day off in the week, and I would be looking for someone who can follow my shift work.
