About Me
Hello everyone, I’m Hayley! Childcare has always been a passion of mine, since I was a little girl, so I started this journey during my maternity leave in 2023. I offer a safe, inclusive environment for all children. I provide home-cooked meals, including all snacks. There is never a dull moment at Hayley’s House as I am a mother to two, Harrison who is 4 and Jasmine who is nearly 1! I also have two family cats, Lulu and Violet.
My Experience
This is a new journey for me so I have not had much experience in professional childcare. However, I have had a lifetime of informal childcare experience, from helping my mother at her workplace (nursery) to looking after relatives. I also have 4 years experience looking after my own children which has helped me gain so many skills, like time management, problem solving and organisation. I aim to create my own experience over the next few years by providing quality care to all families.
My Qualifications
- NCFE CACHE Level 3 award in preparing to work in home based childcare.
- Certification of achievement through childminding agency for Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Framework, Safeguarding, Tiny Tummies (food hygiene) and Safe Sleep.
- Fully Paediatric First Aid trained
- Emergency First Aid at Work trained
- Completed Prevent awareness course
- Completed Prevent referrals course
- Completed Female Genital Mutilation: recognising and preventing FGM
- DBS checked
