I'm a mum to two charismatic boys - One is 5 and in primary, the other is 7 months. I work from home the majority of the time however, I sometimes travel for work or work long days out of the house as i'm a freelance commercial producer.
My Requirements
Looking for an energetic, caring and flexible person who'd be treated like an extended part of our family helping with our two boys.

After having our fair share of sub-par childcare providers over the past 7 years, we were so relieved when we found Naima. Her caring, calm and supportive setting has not only allowed our boys to thrive but also made our lives easier as parents to know our kids are being so well looked after. Her approach to learning has changed our youngest son’s development completely as we can clearly see how much he has learnt in such a short space of time.
The communication Naima is dedicated to ensures that every parent, specially those more nervous about leaving their little ones, feels totally at ease! We get a range of pictures throughout the day, live updates on what they’ve eaten, sleep times, down to how many times they go to the toilet which is something we’ve never experienced from a childcare provider before. I know what kind of day my sons had before I’ve even picked him up and subsequently it enables us working parents to still feel like we’re part of our child’s day even though we may be apart.
I honestly couldn’t fault Naima and Mia for all the love and dedication they pour into our boys. Not only does the setting focus on the kids development, it’s a home away from home and something we’re so grateful for as our kids absolutely love going to Aunties.
We couldn’t recommend Naima enough - the best of the best! ✨

My eldest son who's now at school attended LilLites from 12 months and absolutely loved his time there so it was a no brainer when we had our second son a year ago that he would also join Cassie at LilLites. He started at just 8 months and although the youngest of the lot, he fitted right in and settled straight away. His development has come on leaps and bounds and loves the nurturing environment Cassie provides. We love the fact that there's a new theme for them to learn each week and he regularly brings back artwork for us to stick on the fridge. There's great communication so we know how he's been throughout the day and he loves playing with all the other kids along with Cassie's lovely home cooked meals! We've been lucky to have a few ad hoc days with Cassie also which have been a lifesaver as her flexibility is also a big plus! Would highly recommend :)
