Hello! I’m Shannon. I’m 19 years old and I’m currently at university studying to become a primary teacher. I’m an enthusiastic, passionate person and I put my all into everything I do. I love working with children and providing them with opportunities to learn and grow. I’m super fun and friendly and will always bring a warm and bubbly energy into a home!
My Experience
I have worked in a primary school for over a year with special needs children and have also worked in years 1-6 during this time and also during university placements. I have a full DBS check. I have also been working in a nursery for a while part time whilst studying where I have interacted with children from 3 months to 5 years.
My Qualifications
I am working on my teaching qualification however I have no other childcare qualifications!
My Availability
I have selected full availability for weekends as I will always be free. During the week I am at uni 2/3 days a week, usually finishing no later than 3 so I would be available after school and evenings on these days/ afternoons if I finish before 12. On days I’m not at uni I’m fully flexible and i of course get a lot of time off too around Christmas/ April and finish completely beginning of May so I'm free for lots of fun in the sun!
