My Experience
I have worked as a childminder Assistant in 2024, i gained a lot of experiences with children including being able to properly communicate with them at their level, engaging in different activities and crafts, teaching them good morals, proper hygiene, sharing by leading by example. Working with children has helped me to understand children are not the same and there are different approaches to caring for them, teaching them and meeting their needs.
