About Me
I am loving and caring and i have a special heart for children, i'm always motivated and determined. I have a really good work ethic and interpersonal skills which i have used in my previous work. My interpersonal skills come with responsibility, patience and flexibility, i can be very trusted to help children fulfill their developmental milestones.
My Experience
I grew up around children and still have lots around me. I done work experience in secondary and then studied Childcare level 3 in college and did work experience there too with babies and toddlers. I have worked in a nursery with 2-4 year old for 4 years and become deputy manager towards the last year. I done some babysitting throughout the years with couple children around the setting i was working with and still do some on the half term holidays. I also got a couple friends whom have children and regularly have them over on the weekends the youngest being 4 months old. I done nannying for 1 year with two separate families which I believe I also gained a lot of experience from.

Aisha worked well with my son. He was always happy to see her. She worked with him from when he was 20months till he became 22months. When she was with us, Aisha conversed with him live a little person, which encourage language development. She promoted his social and mental development with play and visits the children centre and /or activities. She offered ideas to promote his well-being and development. Open to learn and accommodating.
Aisha also supported me as a lone parent who also work full-time, while battling some health issues.
