About Me
Marula Montessori is a small home-based setting which provides an educational experience focussed on the statutory guidance of the EYFS and blended with Montessori practice. We accept children over the age of 2 years old.
The environment is thoughtfully prepared with a wide range of Montessori resources to help develop your child’s independence and self confidence.
The outdoor area includes a large secure 300 square meter garden, large climbing play-gym, swings, bikes and vegetable growing space.
The children are encouraged to take an active role in caring for Larry the bearded dragon and Dimple the dachshund, encouraging the children to learn responsibility and empathy of caring for living creatures.
The children take part in daily food preparation. This can either involve cutting a selection of fresh fruit or vegetables, or cooking/baking their healthy morning snack.
All snacks and lunch are provided, and I will cater for most dietary needs where possible.
A minimum of 2 days per week required.
