My Requirements

We have a regular part time nanny, but would love to expand the pool for ad hoc.
It's important for us to build a relationship with someone rather than just have one offs :)

Ad hoc would be weekend / evenings. For availability - I've put for every day but as mentioned, it's only for ad hoc, so wouldn't be the whole schedule ticked below!

Because of the nature of ad hoc, it's important that someone has the confidence and experience to jump in, make a connection and take initiative for what's needed on a practical + emotional level (can of course give initial guidance!)
We love to be around people who are naturally warm and open-minded.
Light housework is always helpful, mostly emptying dishwasher and putting on a new load, a small amount of handwashing and wiping things down.

Our kid is super curious as mentioned, he will ask questions about how things work. He is a bit of an engineer and has a vision that he loves to bring to life. He loves silly play, running around, biking, STEAM activities...
