About Me
My last nanny role ended towards the end of 2020 where I decided to try a new career out of childcare for a short while before we made a decisive decision to travel around Thailand and Australia! We are now on the next exciting chapter and ready for the arrival of our baby boy soon and therefore I am not looking for a nanny role at the moment, I will most likely be returning to Nannying around early 2024!
A little about me...I'm bubbly, caring, playful and extremely reliable! My favourite thing to do in my free time is to travel and visit all the beautiful places in the world. I absolutely love animals and have a cockapoo and two beautiful kitties who I can’t wait to get home to see every evening :)
I thrive off being a nanny because I absolutely love being a part of a childs early stages in life and seeing them develop, no two children are the same and I absolutely love creating that special bond and truly understanding what they love/need to make sure I am making every part of their day fun and rewarding. I enjoy taking the children to activities, parks, classes and creating fun indoor crafts with the children (I Love how creative little ones are!!) I also have a full drivers licence and car with business insurance.
I have been extremely lucky with all the families I have worked with, all being really amazing and I would hope my next role would be the same!
My experience in childcare-
My most recent nanny role was with a fantastic family, when I started with them their daughter was 1 year old and just absolutely amazing - this role was sole charge and was their nanny for around two years- we spent our days out at parks, various classes/clubs, planning fun things for being indoors on rainy days (and making time outdoors splashing in muddy puddles ofcourse!) I would also cook nutritious meals catering around her allergies, helped with potty training and all nursery duties.I am in touch with this family and love watching her grow still! (Review below)
Before that I was with a lovely family looking after a 1 year old little boy (again sole charge)- he truly is amazing and such a lovely character, we still keep in touch. We spent our days at parks, clubs and classes and playing about/having cuddles indoors. I also batch cooked healthy meals and helped with all nursery duties.
My time came to and end as the family moved over seas - review below.
My nannying role before this was with another lovely family! I started with them when their son was aged 7 months and his sister aged 3. Here my day consisted of taking the little girl to school each morning and collecting her in the afternoon heading onto various after school activities/indoor or outdoor play. During the day I would do chores in relation to the children (children clothes washing etc). Myself and the youngest would keep busy either doing indoor activities, going to parks, play dates or finding local play and stay groups to join! I was with this family for around 2 years.
I have more experience in nannying from ages 6 months to 13 years other than stated above from previous roles but thought to keep this to my most recent!

Ashley is amazing. Any family would be very lucky to have her join them.
She was with us for just under 2 years and had sole charge of our daughter who was 1 when she started. My daughter absolutely adored her and still asks for her.
She is hardworking and incredibly organised and always had my daughter’s schedule planned in advance. She would spend time searching for different activities to do at home and outside and would always ensure it was the best experience for my daughter.
Ashley cooked lovely meals for my daughter (who has a long list of allergies) and managed all nursery duties.
She is very warm and caring and is bubbly by nature, my daughter has had plenty of laughs with Ashley, so have we. Ashley fit right into our family as someone we could trust and rely on. We couldn’t recommend her enough!

Ashley was the first person outside of family who we ever left our baby with at 10 months old. Ashley is excellent with children, a ray of sunshine who's full of positivity. Extremely reliable and trustworthy. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nanny or sitter.

I would very highly recommend Ashley. I truly believe that any family will be very lucky to have her as she is an absolutely amazing nanny.
She is our current full-time live-out nanny for our 13-month son. Ashley has been with us for the past 7 months. We are moving country and are absolutely devastated and heartbroken to leave her.
Ashley is reliable, trustworthy, punctual, honest, respectful, and thoughtful. I always felt like I can depend on her 100%. She is amazing at communication as well.
Ashley is highly adaptable and positive. She fits in very quickly, feels like part of the family, and supports you in your parenting style/decisions. For example, she cooked super healthy meals for baby (as this was important to me), sleep-trained exactly the way I wanted, and helped with specific developmental goals.
Ashley also shows great initiative. She thinks of amazing activities to do and to help our son develop and challenges him to learn new and exciting things. She never takes it easy or thinks of herself, but rather always thinks of what the baby would enjoy (from taking him to different classes/soft-play in the morning/park in the afternoon to planning really fun activities during half term time). The love she shows my son is incredible and she has a very big heart. It makes me happy to think he spends his day with someone who is so caring.
You can really feel that Ashley truly loves what she does.
Finally, she is also very smart and bright so I trust her completely to makes decisions or manages any situation that arises.
