My Summary

My Experience

Within my 5 years at two different nurseries I have and still continue to look after children aged 0-5 years old. I have 8 of my own key children and was responsible for a class of 26 children. My daily routine consists of planning and delivering a range of activities that meet the individual needs and interests of children and the Early Years Framework. Building relationships with children, parents and carers. Encouraging and supporting the children’s personal hygiene and care needs including nap times.
I had to deal with many first aid incidents and safeguarding concerns within a team.
I plan and deliver parent consultation evenings regarding educational expectations, behaviour concerns and future ‘next steps’.
I babysit for some family friends between the ages of 4 months old and 8 years old which includes meal times, indoor activities at their home and days out.
I have experience with nannying for a family in my area which includes getting the children ready for nursery and schools, giving them breakfast, taking them to nursery or school, picking them up, cooking a healthy dinner, getting them ready for bed, outdoor and indoor activities.

My Qualifications

8 GCSE’s all grade 4 and above including maths and English.
Studied the Early Years Framework.
Qualified in paediatric first aid, food hygiene and safety, child protection in education, female genital mutilation awareness, domestic abuse; children and young people and fire awareness training.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)
